Phil Cropper

Phil sits in the Sheriffdom of Grampian Highland and Islands. Phil moved to Scotland from the North West of England in 1980 to work as an air traffic controller at Aberdeen Airport. Having married and raised a family in the Aberdeen area he left Aberdeen Airport in 2000 to join the Civil Aviation Authority as an ATC Inspector based in Stirling where his role took him to airports all over Scotland and Northern Ireland. Phil is now semi-retired and combines his current role as a JP in Grampian, Highlands and Islands with other interests including volunteer charity work, motorcycling and enjoying the fine Aberdeenshire countryside
