Benchbook published and distributed
The Justice of the Peace Court Bench Book has now been distributed to JPs and is available through the Judicial Studies Committee web site - click here - supplied for personal use. It was prepared by Sherriff Frank Crowe and Ewan Hawthorn, JP and thanks are expressed to the Justices and members of the Scottish Justices Association who read and made comments on the drafts.
